great access to parks and popular attractions for city explorers
the hotel's proximity to parks like Doug Fluhrer Park, just over 3 km away, made my city strolls good, while the nearby Arkansas restaurant offered a tasty meal only a few steps away after a day of exploring.

Comfortable hotel, perfect fit for our needs.
The room was need to be replaced bedsheets not cleaned well and available with the king size bed. The hotel was in an ideal location next to downtown and all the Kingston major attractions, Canadian Tire, and a very nice outlet.

The pool area had potential, but really needs some upgrades. Ceilings were peeling, and the hot tub could have been cleaner. I was impressed with how comfortable the beds were, especially since I traveled with my kids. Two playpens were provided, a nice touch, and cleanup was thorough in our room. Breakfast options were limited and could use some variety. Upon arrival, the service at the desk was efficient, helping me check in quickly. I noticed some staff interactions seemed a bit aloof. One downside was the noise from other guests, especially kids running around and playing in the hallways late into the night, which disturbed our quiet time. Some improvements to cleanliness and noise management would enhance the stay significantly.

The musty smell in the room was off-putting!!! The carpet felt damp, and the TV required assistance to work. The coffee maker didn't function properly. It would be better if these details were improved!!!

Contemporary and updated room provided with extra coffee, a microwave, comfortable beds. Clean facilities there. The location is easy and magnificent, in a shopping district. There is nearby Dairy Queen to grab some food for the dinner.

Breakfast offered a variety of nutritious options, appreciated. Encountering bugs in one room was unsettling, causing a stressful night and a room change. There was also difficulty at check-out with staff being unavailable for assistance.
